Feliz aniversário! DeLaval Brazil celebrated its 65th anniversary in February alongside the forthcoming 10th anniversary of its Jaguariúna site.

For over six decades, DeLaval Brazil has led the way in pioneering solutions. Notably, we were the first company to introduce robotic milking technology to the Latin American market.

Paul Löfgren, President and CEO of DeLaval, celebrated onsite with the Brazil team at DeLaval’s Jaguariúna location, together with the LATAM Management team and members of the Americas Cluster Management team. The Jaguariúna site serves as the core of our operations in Brazil, and includes the main office, warehouse facilities, and manufacturing unit.

Reflecting on these achievements, Paul said: “These anniversaries are not just a testament to our company’s longevity, but also a tribute to the dedication and hard work of our employees over the years. Today, we continue to help dairy farmers around the world do more with less by providing them with the latest solutions and tools to improve their operations. This requires constant innovation, and that’s exactly what DeLaval was built on. We are proud of what we’ve achieved and excited for the future.”

To commemorate these significant milestones, two trees were planted and several special events took place onsite including a DeLaval Market Event.

The Market Event provided an invaluable opportunity for participants to engage in firsthand discussions about the trends, challenges and opportunities of the dairy market in Brazil.

Alongside presentations from the DeLaval team, guest speakers from MilkPoint shared insights into the Brazilian dairy market and trends, while representatives from Danone’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Program and Nestle’s Innovations and ESG Program also contributed to the event. Additionally, valuable perspectives were contributed by selected customer presentations from three farms: Fazenda Sekita Agronegócios, Agropecuária Rex, and Fazenda Bom Retiro.
