Speaking up at the
Tetra Laval Group

At the Tetra Laval Group, we want everyone who works with us to feel safe and supported when raising concerns. We believe issues are best addressed early, and we encourage open and honest conversations where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation.

When possible, we encourage employees to speak with their line manager, Human Resources representative, or another trusted manager in the first instance. Creating an environment where people feel comfortable discussing concerns directly is an important part of our culture and helps us resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Whistleblowing - Reporting wrongdoing

The Tetra Laval Group reporting platform provides a confidential and anonymous channel for reporting allegations of wrongdoing, misconduct, or breaches of law or company policy that may affect others or the wider organisation.

Reports submitted through the platform are reviewed by the designated whistleblowing representative for the relevant industry group and are subject to independent oversight by the Tetra Laval Group Director of Investigations. This helps ensure concerns are assessed consistently, fairly and appropriately.

The Tetra Laval Group is committed to maintaining a culture in which individuals feel safe to speak up, and has a no-tolerance approach to retaliation against anyone who raises a reasonably held concern or participates in an investigation.
